Where can I see my Loyalty Points?

To check your loyalty details, click the “L” icon in the top bar of the Casino lobby.

What is the difference between Tier Loyalty Points and Bonus Loyalty Points?

Your Loyalty Points balance is made up of Tier Points and Bonus Points. When you play at the Casino you earn Tier Points. Extra Loyalty Points earned from Specials and Tier Bonuses are Bonus Points. Only Tier Points contribute to moving you up to the next Loyalty Tier. Tier Points and Bonus Points have the same value for redemption purposes.

What can I do with my Loyalty Points?

You can exchange them for Casino credits.

Why can I not always redeem all my Loyalty Points?

You can only redeem in multiples of 5,000 Loyalty Points. For example, if you had 13,470 Loyalty Points you would only be able to redeem 10,000 Loyalty Points. The remaining 3470 Loyalty Points remain in your Loyalty account. Loyalty points expire 90 days after the calendar month they were earned. For example loyalty points that are earned in March will expire by June 30.

How do I know when my Loyalty Points will be expiring?

If you have Loyalty Points that will expire within the next 14 days, a warning is displayed just below your Loyalty Points Balance on the Redeem Points page.

What is a Tier Upgrade Period?

The Tier Upgrade Period is normally one calendar month. If you have earned enough Tier Points during this period you will be upgraded to a higher Loyalty Tier. At the end of the month the number of Tier Points you have earned will determine if you stay on your current Tier or are moved to a higher or lower Tier. You can only be moved down one Tier per month. You will automatically move up a Tier as soon as you earn enough Tier Points to qualify for an upgrade. The first Upgrade Period will last from the launch on Feb 4 to March 31 so all players have additional time to get to a higher Tier.

Do my Tier Points decrease when I redeem my Loyalty Points?

Your Tier Points earned this period is a running total, as you earn Tier Points they get added to the running total. When you redeem your Loyalty Points your balance is decreased, but the running total of Tier Points stays the same. The running total is reset at the start of the next Upgrade Period.

What are maintenance points?

This is the amount of Tier points required to stay on the same Tier as the previous month. This amount is half the points needed to reach a new Tier, i.e 2,500 points for Silver and 12,500 points for Gold. For example if you are on the Gold Tier and earn 14,000 points the following month you will maintain your Gold status.
