1. Depositing

1.1 The Welcome Bonus is a 100% Match bonus of up to £25 based on a New Player’s 1st deposit in their account (example: deposit £25 and receive a £25 Welcome Bonus = total account balance £50)

1.2 This offer only applies to new Betway customers and is only valid for 7 days following registration of an account.

1.3 Customers signing up a new Betway Sports account from Belarus, Romania, Armenia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine will not be eligible to receive a Welcome Bonus.

1.4 All Betway promotions that involve customers having to make a deposit to get a matched bonus will be subject to the customer depositing using either Debit or Credit card to qualify for the promotional bonus. These are the only eligible depositing methods to receive bonuses including the initial Welcome Bonus.

2. Wagering

2.1 All Welcome Bonuses must be wagered 10 times in Sportsbook before any funds can be withdrawn. The following weightings apply:-

• 100% – Sportsbets with decimal odds 1.5 (fractional odds 1/2) and above will count towards wagering requirements.

• 0% – Sportsbets with decimal odds below 1.5 (fractional odds below 1/2) will not count towards wagering requirements.

2.2 Wagers must be made on odds of more than 1.5 (1/2) to count towards wagering requirements. This can be achieved by placing a single bet on a market that has odds of 1.5 or greater or by placing an Accumulator bet where the odds relating to each individual selection might be less than 1.5, but the overall odds relating to the bet as a whole exceeds 1.5. For example placing a treble where each selection has odds of 1.2, but the combined odds for the Treble are (1.2 * 1.2 * 1.2 = 1.73)

2.3 The Welcome Bonus can be also be wagered on Casino games. The following wagering requirements will apply in the case of the welcome bonus being wagered in the casino:
The Welcome Bonus needs to be wagered 30 times in the casino with the following game weightings

• 100% – all Slots and all Parlor Games

• 300% – Sportsbets with odds 1.5 and above (effectively 10 times wagering required)

• 8% – all Table Pokers, all Roulettes, all Video/Power Pokers (except All Aces and Jacks or Better), all Blackjacks (except Classic Blackjack) and Casino War

• 0% (excluded games) – Classic Blackjack, All Aces Video/Power Pokers, Jacks or Better Video/Power Pokers, all Baccarats, all Craps, Red Dog, Sic Bo

• 0% – Sportsbets with odds below 1.5
If you play on the excluded games (0%) before meeting the playthrough requirements, then you agree that the casino holds the right to void any winnings made from these games at our discretion.

2.4 Any wagers made are deducted from the Cash Account first. Should there be no cash available; the wager is deducted from the Bonus Account. Funds in the Bonus Account are only played if there are insufficient credits in the Cash Account.

2.5 All Freebet bonuses are valid for the Sportsbook and Casino Only. The Freebet bonus cannot be used playing Poker, or any other
Betway product.

2.6 As the playthrough requirements are met, funds are automatically transferred from the Bonus Account to the Cash Account – in increments of £10.

3. Terms of Usage

3.1 Betway reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse to award the welcome bonus in one or more of the following circumstances:

• accounts sharing IP addresses

• accounts sharing the same name

• accounts belonging to the same family and/or household

• accounts utilised from the same computer

• multiple accounts belonging to the same person

• evidence of collusion between customers in placing of bets

3.2 Before any withdrawals are processed, your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns. In the interests of fair gaming, equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting, shall all be considered irregular gaming for bonus play-through requirement purposes. Other examples of irregular game play include but are not limited to, placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of the bonus credited to their account until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met. Should the Casino deem that irregular game play has occurred, the Casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings.

3.3 Betway reserves the right to lower the bonus on offer or exclude any player from participating in any bonus, promotion or Freebet at any time, for any reason at its sole discretion.

SPORTS BONUSES, PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS

The following terms and conditions apply to all bonuses, promotions and offers (excluding the Welcome Bonus). Should you require any assistance with the conditions applicable, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team.

The general terms & conditions shall apply to all interactions with Betway.com and must be read with all relevant promotional terms and conditions.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, all deposits must have a play-through of at least once (1), before a promotional bonus specifically related to that deposit will be credited.

All Betway promotions that involve customers having to make a deposit to get a matched bonus will be subject to the customer depositing using either Debit or Credit card to qualify for the promotional bonus. These are the only eligible depositing methods to receive bonuses including Sports Bonuses, Promotions and Offers.

A player’s casino account balance is divided into a cash balance and a bonus balance.
When your gaming account is credited with a promotional bonus, these credits will be added to your “Bonus Balance”.

All Deposits will be added to your “Cash Balance”.

All winnings using your Cash Balance will be added to your Cash Balance.
All Winnings using the Bonus Balance will top up your Bonus Balance to the original bonus/es amount (less any movements from the Bonus Balance to the Cash Balance), and the excess winnings will be added to your Cash Balance.
Your Bonus Balance may not be withdrawn from your gaming account.

You will be unable to withdraw any amount from your account until you’ve either met the wagering requirements or played through all funds in the Bonus Account. Winnings on bets from the Bonus Account, after the wagering requirements have been met, go straight to the Cash Account.

Bonus amounts credited to a Player’s Bonus Balance are subject to fifteen(15) times play-through on Sports at odds of over 1.5 before they may be cashed in.

For any wager made, the wager is deducted from your Cash Balance first. If there is no cash available, then the wager is deducted from the Bonus Balance. This effectively means that credits in the Player’s bonus balance are only played if there is no cash balance.

As you meet the play-through / wagering requirement of the promotion bonus you received, your Bonus Balance will decreased in $10 increments and be added to your Cash Balance.

Play-through / wagering on all games will count towards the play-through / wagering requirement, BUT the types of games you play will contribute differently towards meeting your play-through / wagering requirement.
The contributing percentages are as follows:

• 100% – all Slots, American Roulette and all Parlor Games

• 200% – all Sportsbets with odds 1.5 and above (effectively 15 times wagering required)

• 50% – all Table Pokers (except Texas Hold’em), Red Dog, all Roulettes (except American Roulette), Casino War and Sic Bo

• 10% – all video/Power Pokers (except All Aces Video/Power Pokers), all Blackjacks (except Classic Blackjack), all craps, all Baccarats and all Texas Hold’em Poker Games

• 2% – Classic Blackjack and All Aces Video/Power Pokers

• 0% – Sportsbets with odds below 1.5
If you play on the excluded games (0%) before meeting the playthrough requirements, then you agree that the casino holds the right to void any winnings made from these games at our discretion.

The following examples are based on a standard offer of 100% deposit match on a £100 deposit.
If you play only Slots, which count 100% toward your bonus play-through requirement, you will need to play-through 300 credits to move a 10 credit increment to your Cash Balance, and 3,000 credits before the entire bonus is moved to your Cash Balance.

If Play-through have taken place on any bonus received, then that bonus may not be removed from your account (either by means of cash-in or a request to the support staff) until the play-through requirements associated with that bonus have been met.

Betway.com reserves the right to audit any cash-ins.

Betway.com Casino Promotions department will be the sole judge in respect of honoring any promotional offer. Betway.com reserves the right, exercisable in its sole discretion, to discontinue or cancel any promotional offer at any time for any reason whatsoever and without any prior notice. What is the Betway Refer a Friend Scheme?

Refer a Friend is a way for you to earn extra cash to spend on Betway.com just for referring your friends. You will earn £25 for every friend you refer and they too will receive £25 in addition to their £25 welcome bonus. The more friends you refer, the more cash you’ll receive!

How do I introduce a friend?

Introducing your friend is easy! All you have to do is forward on the email you received from us and ask your friend to click on your unique Refer a Friend link. Your work is then done!

What does my friend have to do?

Upon receipt of the email you forwarded them, your friend must click on the unique Refer a Friend link and register a new Betway Sports account.
Please note: If your friend does not click on the unique Refer a Friend link and proceeds to register a new Betway Sports account via the website, neither you nor your friend will qualify for a Refer a Friend bonus.

How does the Refer a Friend Bonus work?

You will receive a £25 bonus for every friend you refer to Betway.com provided the referred customer meets the minimum requirements on either the Sports or Casino products.

When your friend registers a new Betway Sports account and makes their 1st deposit they will receive a 100% Welcome Bonus up to £25 and an additional £25 bonus for being referred.

Once your friend places 5 bets or more and wagers a minimum of £25, we will credit your account with a £25 Refer a Friend bonus.

Terms and Conditions

1. To qualify as a Sports referrer within the Refer a Friend scheme you must be a registered Betway Sports account holder.

2. To be eligible for payment of a Refer a Friend bonus, the Referred Customer must be a new user to Betway (i.e. no previous account held at Betway)

3. The Referred Customer must use the unique Refer a Friend link assigned to you, the Referrer, when registering a new Betway Sports account. Failure by the Referred Customer to register a Betway Sports account via the unique Refer a Friend link will result in you both failing to qualify for the scheme.

4. The Refer a Friend scheme and your unique Refer a Friend link will be communicated via emails sent from Betway. To be eligible for the Refer a Friend scheme you must opt in to receive promotional emails.

5. There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer. Important: neither spamming nor the publication of your unique Refer a Friend link is permitted. If found to be breach of this term, you will be disqualified from the Refer a Friend scheme any Referred Customers will be considered ineligible for any benefits under the scheme.

6. Every participant may refer his/her friends and acquaintances. Close relatives of the Referrer (parents, siblings, children), persons living in the same household as the Referrer, and persons giving the same email address as the Referrer and/or persons using the same deposit account as the Referrer (same credit/debit card, bank account, e-wallet, mobile payment,…) WILL NOT be accepted as new customers.

7. The Referred Customer will receive their £25 Refer a Friend bonus upon their first deposit of £10 or more. If the first deposit is lower than the minimum requirement of £10, then the Referred Customer will not qualify for a bonus. Note: Only one Refer a Friend bonus is permitted per Referred Customer.

8. The Referrer will receive a £25 bonus for every new Referred Customer. The Refer a Friend bonus will be approved within a maximum 72 hours once the Referred Customer has fulfilled the qualifying requirements – wagered £25 or more and placed at least 5 bets on sport.

9. For the purposes of this promotion, both the Referrer’s bonus and Referred Customer’s bonus are to be considered as Free Bet Bonuses. As such, the following conditions apply:

• The Referrer’s bonus must be wagered at least 10 times at odds of 1.5 or greater within a 30 day period from receiving the bonus before payout of the bonus is allowed.
• The Referred Customer’s bonus must be wagered at least 10 times at odds of 1.5 or greater within a 30 day period from registration before payout of the bonus is allowed.
• Any bets placed containing odds of less than 1.5 will not count towards wagering requirements.

10. By accepting and participating in the Refer a Friend scheme, the Referrer and the Referred Customer consent to having their details used for advertising and promotional purposes, without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.

11. Betway reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to exclude you and any Referred Customer(s) from the Refer a Friend scheme and ultimately from Betway’s product and website if it believes you have tried to benefit from the scheme by using more than one username and/or are otherwise engaged in fraudulent or other activities that indicate referrals or bets are not made in good faith but for the purpose of abusing the terms and/or spirit of the scheme. In such instance, you shall not be entitled to participate in the scheme and Betway will not be obliged to provide a reason to you for exclusion.

12. Customers participating from Belarus, Romania, Armenia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Moldova, Romania and Ukraine will not be eligible to receive a Refer a Friend Bonus

13. At its absolute discretion, Betway may at any time suspend or void the Refer a Friend scheme for reasons it deems appropriate. Any liability from Betway to you shall immediately cease upon you being informed of such action and in respect of any dispute arising, Betway’s decision will be final.

14. The original language used to write these terms and conditions is English and any interpretation of this Agreement will be based on the original English text. If this Agreement or any documents or notices related to it are translated into any other language, the original English version will prevail.

15.
