New Loyalty Club
Welcome to our new and improved Loyalty Club at Betway – our dedicated loyalty programme will provide all players with personal recognition, and reward you for playing at Betway Poker. Our Loyalty Club is fully integrated within the Betway Poker client and will contain a range of features designed to improve your playing experience.
Loyalty Levels and Benefits
Our loyalty levels are now even easier to reach and what’s more, we’re given more away! We have a Loyalty Level for everyone, where you can qualify for Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Black levels. Your Loyalty level will be determined by how many points you amass in the previous month.

Your current points balance, status and number of points needed to move up to the next tier will be displayed in the client.
Players can only move down one level a time from one month to the next. Meaning if you have reached Gold status, the lowest level you can move down to is Silver.
How to earn points
Loyalty Points are awarded solely for playing poker with Betway at our real money tables. 10 points are earned for every $1 generated in cash rake.

Loyalty Points = Tier Points + Bonus Points
Tier Loyalty Points
are based on poker points earned and can be redeemed for cash or tournament buy-ins. Only Tier Loyalty Points will contribute to your Tier level. However, tier and bonus Loyalty Points will have the same value when you use them.
Bonus Loyalty Points
are earned during promotions. For example, we may run a Happy Hour promotion whereby players get an extra 10 Bonus Points for every 100 Loyalty Points that you earn.
Points Expiry
Loyalty Points will expire after 180 days of inactivity. A warning will be displayed below your Loyalty Points Balance when a player reaches within a 21 day expiration period.
Grace Period
The grace period is the limited period of time that enables you to remain on a tier. This is set at 1 month, meaning you have 1 month to remain on the tier that you have achieved even if you have not managed to gain the required number of points for that tier.
How to redeem your Loyalty Points for cash
You can redeem your loyalty points for cash by going to the Loyalty Points page in the poker software. Once you have earned enough Loyalty Points required for a $10 redemption (see table below) – you will be given the option of redeeming your points.
Check your Loyalty Points Balance displayed on the top right hand side of your poker account, to see your Non-Cashable Points and your Cashable Points from your Total Loyalty Points balance.
- Cashable Points are the Loyalty Points that you can use to redeem for Cash
- Non-Cashable Points are points that have already been redeemed and can only be used to buy into tournaments.
Once you have enough Cashable Points to redeem the minimum amount ($10), you will then be given the option to redeem your Points for Cash. For example, if you are a Silver Tiered Player will require 1000 Cashable Points to redeem a $10 amount. Once you redeem your points, 1000 Cashable Points will be debited from your Cashable Points balance. The Non-Cashable points are bonus points and can be used to play in tournaments.
What to spend points on?
Betway players will be able redeem points in return for tournament buy-ins or cash at the rate applicable to the tier that they have been allocated to.
Each cash redemption must be made in increments of $10.

*Tier points can only be exchanged for cash once. Left over Tier Points from each cash redemption can only be used for tournament buy-ins.
Example:
Here the Silver player (10%) would require:
- 667 Tier Loyalty Points for a $10 Cash Redemption
- 300 Tier Loyalty points will be debited from your balance
- Remaining 367 points will be available to buy-in to any tournament where ‘LP’ is displayed.
Alternatively you can use all of your points to buy-into any MTT’s or STT’s when ‘LP’ is displayed.
It’s simple, the more points earned, the more favourable the redemption rate and bonus.
Terms & Conditions
• The value of 1 Loyalty Point (LP) is USD 0.01c or equivalent in a players’ currency wallet. The exchange rate for LP’s earned in Euros will depend on the exchange rate on the day the PP are being awarded.
• Please be aware that Poker Points are rounded up or down based on the round to even method. This method is also known as unbiased rounding, convergent rounding, statistician’s rounding or bankers’ rounding.
• Only fees generated at real play cash and tournament tables will generate Loyalty Points (LP).
• Players will not earn Loyalty Points (LP) for participation in a tournament where ‘tokens’ from qualification-style tournaments have made up any part of the buy-in or entrance fee.
• Players will not earn Loyalty Points (LP) for cash game play at 0.01/ 0.02 levels.
• Loyalty Points (LP) will not be awarded for any tournament entrance fee that has been redeemed through Loyalty Points (LP) already accrued.
• Loyalty Points (LP) are non transferable and can only be redeemed by the player they were issued to.
• Accounts that are inactive for 180 days will have their points reset to zero. Inactive for this purpose means a player has not played a real play Cash/ Sit and Go or MTT game
• Betway Poker reserve the right to use customer’s nickname and/or first name and last initial for use in reasonable amount of marketing and/or future promotions.
• This offer is only available to real money customers who have made a real money deposit at Betway Poker. Guest play does not count towards Loyalty Points (LP).
• The promoter reserves the right to reclaim Loyalty Points (LP) already accrued, if customers are found to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Promotion. In such instances, the promoter may terminate the player’s eligibility to participate in the Promotion.
• The offer is available to genuine players who are participating in games with the intention of winning pots. Any players who attempt to abuse the offer will forfeit the right to claim Loyalty Points (LP).
• The promoter reserves the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate this promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever without notice to players, using reasonable efforts to provide such notice in advance.
• Betway Poker reserves the right to cancel, remove or refuse this promotion. Betway Poker further reserves the right to alter both the amount and the structure for earning points at any time.
