Football in South Africa Competition: Terms and Conditions

1) Competition is open to all Betway players.
2) The promotion commences at 00.00 on April 1 and ends at 23.59 on 13 May.
3) Management reserves the right to change the draw entry process due to any events out of its control.
4) All valid raffle tickets will be entered into the prize draw on 14 May with the chance to win a Football in South Africa Package consisting of:

• International flights from your home country to and from South Africa
• Two tickets for the Denmark V Holland game on 14 June
• Two tickets for the Denmark V Cameroon game on 19 June
• Seven nights accommodation – including breakfast – at Pretoria’s 5-Star Casa Kaya hotel

5) The following are not included in the prize:

• Non scheduled meals and accommodation
• The provision of valid passports and visas (passports should be valid from at least six months before the date of travel and have at least three blank pages)
• Ensuring that health travel requirements are met
• Travel insurance
• Hotel incidentals (mini bar, laundry etc)
• Any applicable taxes

6) 49 Runner up prizes are also up for grabs, consisting of:

• “42” LCD TV
• Netbook
• Freebet Token of $100
• 2 Freebet Tokens of $50
• 44 Freebet Tokens of $25

7) Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or alternative prizes are available
8) In the event of the main prize being unavailable, management reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal value.
9) The winner and their companion must be available to travel to South Africa between 12 June 2010 and 21 June 2010.
10) The winner will be announced on 17 May and all management decisions are final.
11) In the event that management cannot contact the winner – after taking reasonable steps to do so (or if the winner does not claim their prize within two days of receiving notification of their win)... it reserves the right in its absolute discretion to award the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner – drawn at random at the same time as the original winner.
12) Prize winners may be required to participate in related publicity.
13) By entering, participants release and hold harmless the promoter, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from, or in conjunction with this promotion to the extent permitted by law.
14) For each Dollar you bet (customers using currencies other than USD will have their stake converted to USD using the rate for the day of each calculation) – you will receive raffle tickets. The higher you stake and the more often you bet – the more raffle tickets you will receive. To get extra tickets, simply add an extra selection to your bet. You will get the stake multiplied depending on your bet type (see below for details).
15) If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, or in the spirit of this competition… Betway reserves the right to disqualify or refuse entry to the offending parties. Management’s decision on this matter is final.
16) No Betway employees, or members of their family, are eligible for entry into this competition.

17) Raffle tickets are calculated after settlement of valid real money bets – other bet types will be calculated like doubles.
