Data we collect

During the registration process and when you subsequently use your Betway account, you are requested to submit specific personal data including but not limited to:

How we use your personal data

We are required to process and retain your personal data including but not limited to your name, account number, date of birth and location to prevent fraudulent activity, to detect and/or investigate crimes, and to ensure responsible gambling. Who we share your personal data with

How we store your personal data

Betway is incorporated in Malta and your data is stored within the European Economic Area (“EEA”) on our servers.
