Full Offer Terms

  1. Customers have to opt in via the Free Bet Club Countdown to Cheltenham tracker to be eligible for Free Bet Club. Opt in keeps you in the Free Bet Club promotion forever, you do not have to opt in again. Once you're opted in, the tracker will chart your progress toward qualification.
  2. Countdown to Cheltenham runs for four weeks from Saturday 7th February until Friday 6th March 2026. Upon weekly Free Bet Club qualification, you’ll receive an extra £10 Free Bet added to your Countdown to Cheltenham pot. Plus, if you qualify for each of the four weeks of Countdown to Cheltenham, you’ll get an extra £20 in Free Bets added to your total pot. Each week we will also run Free Bet Specials where you can build your Cheltenham Free Bet Pot further. The total Cheltenham Pot accrued across the four weeks (combining both Free Bet Club and the Weekly Free Bet Special) will then be credited on Monday 9th of March 2026. The Total Pot will be credited in Free Bet instalments of £10 each.
  3. Minimum total qualifying stake(s): £25. 
  4. Total amount of qualifying Free Bets awarded: £10 (or customer currency equivalent) in the form of two separate £5 Free Bets from Free Bet Club, plus £10 added to the Cheltenham pot every week, and another £20 added to final Countdown to Cheltenham Pot, if you have qualified for each of the four weeks.
  5. Each week we will also run Weekly Bet & Get Special where you can earn extra Free Bets for that week, plus additional Free Bets added to your Cheltenham Free Bet Pot. Full details of each offer will be shown in the Promotions Hub during the dates listed below:

  6. Bets must be settled between Saturday 00:00 GMT and the following Friday 23:59 GMT to count towards the promotion for that particular Free Bet Club Week. 
  7. Weekly qualifying customers will be awarded the Free Bets in three instalments. 1. The first £5 (or customer currency equivalent) Free Bet will be credited at 10:00 GMT on Saturday, and is valid for 7 days. 2. The second £5 (or customer currency equivalent) Free Bet will be credited at 10:00 GMT on Monday, and is valid for 7 days. 3. The third instalment will be the Countdown to Cheltenham total Free Bets Pot – £10 Free Bet per each qualifying week, plus any Free Bets earned from our Weekly Free Bet Special. Plus, an extra £20 in Free Bets for customers who have qualified for all four weeks of Countdown to Cheltenham. This will be credited on Monday 9th March 2026. The Total Pot will be credited in Free Bet instalments of £10 each and must be used on Cheltenham Racing at minimum odds of EVS+.
  8. All markets eligible, excluding enhanced price offers and Betway Boosts. 
  9. Eligible qualifying bet(s) must have three or more selections. 
  10. Any bets including esports selections won't be eligible for the Free Bet Club Countdown to Cheltenham.
  11. Bet(s) must be placed on odds of at least 2/1 (3.00) to be eligible. This refers to the total odds of the multiple bet, not each individual selection.
  12. In the case of a selection becoming a "Void" or "Push" result, the bet will be eligible as long as it remains a treble or more and still meets the odds requirements.
  13. Any bets that are cashed out partially or in full will not be eligible. 
  14. No system bets will be eligible for this promotion (Lucky 31, Canadians, Accumulator-4 with 5 selections, etc.) 
  15. Two Free Bets per customer, per week. Plus £10 Free Bet added to Countdown to Cheltenham pot, in addition to any accrued from the Weekly Free Bet Special. See details in term 2.
  16. All Free Bets awarded into the Countdown to Cheltenham pot must be used on Cheltenham Racing at minimum odds of EVS+. The Total Pot will be credited in Free Bet instalments of £10 each.
  17. Bets placed with Free Bets will not be eligible.

  20. Only accounts registered in the United Kingdom are eligible for this promotion.
  21. Betway reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.

General Free Bet Terms

  1. If not used, the Free Bet will expire 7 days after being credited (unless specified otherwise in offer terms).
  2. The Free Bet cannot be used to place system bets (e.g. Lucky15s, Lucky31s, Yankees etc.)
  3. The Free Bet cannot be used to place Each-Way bets.
  4. Should the Free Bet be placed on a selection that is later voided, the stakes will be returned to your account as a Free Bet.
  5. If the Free Bet you originally received was restricted to a certain Bet Type, your replacement Free Bet will also retain the same Bet Type restriction.
  6. If the Free Bet you originally received was restricted to a certain Sport or League or Event, your replacement Free Bet will retain the same restriction(s), as long as there is at least one eligible event visible on site within seven days from the point of crediting.
  7. The Free Bet is non-refundable and the Free Bet stake is not included in any returns.
  8. A redeemed Free Bet will not count towards qualification to view streamed events.
  9. Betway Sports Promotions department will be the sole judge in respect of honouring any and all promotional offers. Betway Sports reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend any offer and its terms at any time, including the cancellation of the promotion without any prior notice. Any customer deviating from the promotional rules may be disqualified without notice.
  10. Before any withdrawals are processed, your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns. In the interests of fair gaming using a combination of bets which include both a Free Bet and cash on the same event to place equal, zero or low margin or hedge bets, shall all be considered irregular gaming for bonus playthrough requirement purposes. Should Betway Sports deem that irregular game play has occurred, it reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings.
