Terms and Conditions

 

  1. This promotion is valid from 31st January 2022, 00:00 IST until 27th February 2022, 23:59 IST. Any deposits and betting completed outside of these dates will not be considered for the purpose of this promotion.
  2. The promotion will consist of four weekly Leaderboards and three separate Prize Draws (details can be seen below).
  3. Players can qualify for the weekly leaderboard by opting in and playing for a minimum of ₹1,000 on selected Live Casino table (details can be seen below).
  4. To qualify for the Prize Draws, customers must qualify in Min two weeks of the promotion.
  1. Once a player has played their first ₹1,000 on selected tables, they will receive one point for the current weekly leaderboard and qualify for the current week.
  2. There will be different qualifying tables each week (details can be seen below) and customers will need to deposit and wager 1,000 INR each week to qualify for any given week.
  3. The weekly leaderboards will conclude every Sunday at 23:59 PM throughout the promotion. Each Monday all players weekly leaderboard points will be set to zero for a fresh start of each week.
  4. The more a customer plays through the higher up the leaderboard they will climb.
  5. Three Prize Draws will take place after the promotion has finished and will conclude the promotion.

  1. There is no limit to the number of tickets a player can hold for the leaderboard or prize draw.
  2. All qualifying tickets will be placed into a generator and pulled at random.
  3. The crediting for each prize draw will be made within 72 hours of the prize draw being made.
  4. All winners need to have passed KYC requirements in order to receive the winning amount.
  5. For the Gold Prize Draw, the winners will only be eligible for their rewards after they pass the Source of Funds and Source of Wealth checks. If they have not passed within 45 days, Betway shall deem the winner ineligible and declare a new winner.

Prize Terms and Conditions

  1. All winning customers will be credited with their Bonus Credit or Cash Prize within 72 hours of the promotion ending.
  2. All prizes are non-transferable.
  3. If for any reason we cannot supply the prize specified in the terms, Betway reserves the right to provide an alternative to the same value.
  4. The Promotion is limited to one entry per registered account holder at Betway. You may not create more than one Betway account. If you do, you will forfeit all prizes and you risk closure of all your accounts.
  5. Play at certain games will contribute a different percentage towards the play through requirement. The contribution is as per Betway’s general bonus terms. See table 2 in section Easy Guide to Wagering Requirements and Game Contributions. Full general Bonus Terms and Conditions apply.

General Bonus Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexi bonus system allows you to withdraw your cash balance at any time, however, you will be required to forfeit your remaining bonus balance if you do so.
  2. Play through requirements apply to all bonuses. Unless stated in the specific terms of a given bonus offer, the applicable bonus must be wagered thirty (30) times the value of the bonus granted.
  3. Different games contribute to play through requirements at different rates. Please see the Game Contributions section below.
  4. Unless otherwise stated in the terms of an individual offer, all Flexi bonuses are valid for 7 days after the point of activation. If any associated playing through for the bonus hasn’t been met within the 7-day period, the current bonus balance will be removed from the account.
  5. Bonuses are only permitted once per person, household, family, household address, email address, credit card number or shared computer environment (example: a library, workplace, fraternity, university or school). Betway Casino reserves the right to void all winnings and play should this term be disregarded.
  6. Any progressive jackpot wins are automatically added to your cash balance.
  7. Any additional bonuses allocated will have play through requirements that will be added to any existing play through requirements outstanding on your bonus balance.
  8. All no deposit free bonus/free games/free spins expire after 7 days
  9. The maximum that can be withdrawn from a no deposit free bonus/free games/free spins is ₹3,125.
  10. All accounts are reviewed for advantage play, as described in the Advantage Play section below.
  11. The following terms apply to Free or Bonus Spins:
  12. Free or Bonus Spins are credited to your account and can be played by loading the game referenced in the promotion, where you will be presented with an option to claim the spins.
  13. Free or Bonus Spins cannot be exchanged for Free Casino Credits.
  14. Winnings from Free or Bonus Spins will be credited as a bonus and are subject to these General Bonus Terms and Conditions.

 

Advantage Play

We offer our valued customers promotions and bonuses to reward them. To enable us to continue offering these promotions, we have a zero-tolerance policy on an activity which is designed to take advantage of our offers in violation of these terms. If any bonus related advantage play occurs, we reserve the right to stop any further bonuses, promotions and/or offers and remove the bonus balance from these and/or linked accounts.

Please also refer to Section 6 and 7 of the General Terms and Conditions.

Examples of advantage play include:

  1. Using more than one account to claim multiple bonuses
  2. Two tier betting (where large bets are placed on high variance outcomes, before switching to normal variance outcomes to clear play through requirements)
  3. Multiple account strategy / proxy account strategy
  4. Using a VPN or masking IP address
  5. Artificially manipulating affiliate CPAs or revenue share
  6. Decreasing your bet amount by 60% or more after a large win (5x value of your last deposit or more) for the purpose of clearing play through requirements while a bonus is still active. E.g. Winning ₹6,000on any spin including a double up and reducing your bet amount to ₹3,000 or less.
  7. Moving from a low weighted game (25% play through contribution or less) to a higher weighted contribution game (70% or more) after large wins for the purpose of clearing play through requirements. For example, but not limited to placing bets on roulette and then after a win moving your gameplay to slots to clear play through.
  8. You place at least one bet on any game that has a weighting of 20% or less towards play through, the resulting win is 100% more than the corresponding stake and you move your original stake and winnings to a game weighted at 100% in order to meet play through requirements.
  9. When playing with a no-deposit bonus in your account, if you bet more than 10% of the bonus amount in a single bet, spin or round, your bonus and winnings may be voided.
  10. if You have arrived from a website which promotes gambling in a manner in violation of these terms.

FUNtastic February Prize Draw – Live Event

 

Terms and Conditions

  1. The event will take place on the Satta Matka table on 1st March at 21:30 IST. All bets placed between 21:30 – 22:00 IST will be considered within the event’s exclusive promotion.
  1. This event is part of the FUNtastic February Challenge, that you chose to opt-in to. By joining this event you also opt-in for this promotion. No deposit required.
  1. To qualify, customers must have played for a minimum of ₹1,000 in either single or multiple bets between 21:30 – 22:00 IST at the Satta Matka table in Live Casino. 
  2. All players who have met the play through requirements during the specified time period will be eligible for a chance to win ₹10,000 Casino bonus.
  3. Immediately after the event, the winner will be selected from a random generator. The winner of the ₹10,000 Casino bonus will then be contacted via a toast notification within 1 hour after the event.
  4. By participating in this offer you agree to the above Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that the Casino Manager's decision is final in the event of a dispute.
