1. All bets will stand until a result is determined.
2. All bets are ‘all in – run or not’.
3. Results are settled upon official results and not any subsequent legal challenges.

1. Next Prime Minister, Winning Party, Make Up of Governments (as well as any other markets specific to the outcome of an election)
All markets will be settled as per official results as and when they come through. Markets referring to the makeup of governments may not be settled until the formal opening of parliament takes place. Bets placed on markets relating to a general election will be settled upon the completion of the next general election whenever that takes place.
2. Party Leader Markets
Unless otherwise specified, these will be settled on the next permanent leader of the party as determined by party selection rules; temporary or caretaker leaders will not count. Any named person who does not win the leadership election will be deemed a loser.
3. Next Minister/Politician to resign/be fired
Dead Heat rules will apply if multiple people resign at the same time as per official outlets.
4. By-Election Markets
By-Elections may be offered. The results will be settled upon the official result being released. These markets are outside of normal general elections.
5. All Other Markets (including but not limited to Specials, Mayoral elections, Vote share and specific regional betting)
These bets will be settled as and when results are made publicly available. Some markets may not be settled until results are made official.
1. Next US President (Also includes Winning Party & any other market referring to the winner of the election)
These bets will be settled upon all other candidates conceding an election or upon electoral college votes being certified during a joint session of the United States congress, if candidates do not concede.
2. Party nominees & vice-presidential nominees
These will be settled on the nominees as declared at the Party Conventions in election year or any equivalent process should the standard convention not take place.
3.All Other Markets (including but not limited to Election Specials, Vote share and specific state betting)
These bets will be settled as and when results are made publicly available. Some markets may not be settled until electoral college votes have been certified during a joint session of the United States congress, pending any legal challenges if candidates do not concede.
All bets will be on the next official event stated in the market whenever that takes place, consultation votes do not count, and the vote should be a binding vote as recognised by the relevant political organisations.
